Hi Friends,

As of tonight, Carmen is doing okay. I just spoke with Bert who said that her neurologist said she was in not in a coma, but rather in a "Stupor State" which is between a coma and being awake. Bert also said that going forward, Carmen's docs want her only to hear his voice and Carmen's mom's voice. Carmen had a lot of visitors today which was great but at the same time, she was hearing a lot of voices and it was very confusing for her. Her blood pressure was going up and down and up and down again as she was trying to put the puzzle of "whose voice belongs to who" together. Right now, the best thing for Carmen is a quiet and calm environment with a steady blood pressure.

Some good news that Bert mentioned was that Carmen was making some movements this afternoon that she hadn't made yet. He also said that tomorrow is a big day because they've lowered her meds and he is hoping for some more positive indications from Carmen that she is waking up.

So keep up those prayers friends!

We love you Carmen. You too Bert. Hang in there. We are all here for you.
