Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay. Carmen is still doing okay and there isn't too much to report at the moment. Her vitals are stable and she is opening her eyes, but still not tracking (following the docs hand with her eyes). This means she still cannot see anything. Its good that she's starting to open them though, and she can hear whoever talks to her which is great.

Be sure to drop a line to Bert and family when you can and definitely stop by the hospital to say hi.

Carmen, 33 years ago you entered this world and I knew as soon as I saw your face you were an angel. I knew you belonged to Jesus but it was an honor and a privilege when he let me be your mom.
