Well, all in all, Carmen had a tough weekend. They ended up having to put her jaw back into place three seperate times. Bert said that he watched them do it and that it is very painful. They wrapped her head all the way around her chin with an ace bandage in hopes of keeping her jaw in place until the botox takes effect. That could take up to four or five days. Carmen is NOT a big fan of the bandage or the pain that has come along with all of this. She is on pain medication, but still seems to be hurting quite a bit.
We are so sorry to hear of all this pain that our girl is going through. She is enduring this trial with so much courage. We will continue to pray for you Carmen. Hope that this week is better than the weekend was for you. We love you.
